The Controller position plans, designs, implements, controls and manages all LJT financial operations: accounting; budgeting and forecasting; payroll; accounts payable; accounts receivable; cash management; taxes; internal and external financial reporting; and the oversight and audit requirements for public and government audits/reviews. Responsible for the oversight of contract accounting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven years experience in designing, operating, and managing finance/accounting operations in government contract accounting environment. Significant experience in all major facets of duties and responsibilities required including DCAA audit oversight, proposal pricing, budgeting, financial reporting, financial audit oversight, and general accounting management. Supervisory experience required.
