    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Administration of Prime contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and federal regulations. Administer subcontract changes, review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with requirements.
    • Manage GSA and other multiple-award schedules.
    • Prepare, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and consulting agreements.
    • Maintains understanding of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring purchasing system remains CPSR compliant. Conduct in house compliance training.
    • Develop sources, RFQ’s and RFP’s for vendors and subcontractors, vendor and subcontractor proposal evaluation, issue purchase orders and subcontracts, and expedite orders.
    • Provide high caliber of customer service, both to internal and external customers. Monitor contract/vendor performance to ensure cost and technical objectives are being met. Recommend appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Small Business Subcontract plans and other corporate programs. Act as company Small Business Liason.
    • Input procurement/subcontract data into accounting system and applicable databases. Manage interface between CostPoint and Maximo systems.
    • Negotiate and administer corporate agreements such as rental car programs, office, vehicle and equipment leases, and corporate insurance policies.
    • Assist in ITAR, EAR and export compliance. Maintain ITAR registration, renewal and export compliance training.
    • Support ISO 9001:2015 and other quality assurance audits as needed
    • Assist in proposal preparation, proposal submission and other RFP support.
    • Participate in departmental projects as assigned and provide input on process improvements. Interface with all company departments including finance, program, business development, business systems, quality and human resources.
    • CPSR experience preferred
    • Other duties as assigned







    • Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration/Contracts related. (additional experience will be considered as a substitute for the 4-year degree.
    • 6 or more years related experience in federal contracts/subcontracts administration and procurement.

    Other Knowledge Skills & Abilities

    Experience with Maximo and Costpoint desirable
    Knowledgeable in FARs, DFARs, and CPSR
    Experience negotiating contract terms & conditions and pricing
