Responsibilities may include installing and performing repairs to hardware/software and
peripherals. Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and provide technical assistance and support. Maintain Conference Rooms and coordinate new installs with necessary contractor(s).Maintain records of all ACES catalog purchased equipment for audit purposes. Create and maintain desktop working guides for all IT related aspects. Support Center IT Security working meetings and ability to implement changes and procedures.
