This role supports a variety of Finance and Accounting functions. Responsible for general ledger accounting, job cost accounting, as well other administrative duties. Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses. The Staff Accountant will work closely with Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, and Contracts/Procurement functions, as well as directly with operations managers. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for task oversight and guidance for AP and Payroll.
Bachelor of Science Degree REQUIRED, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Business, and 2-4 years in General Ledger, Cost Accounting and/or or Public Accounting in a Government Contractor accounting environment.
