    Duties & Responsibilities

    • scheduling patients
    • providing appointment reminders
    • initiating and maintaining electronic and hard copy medical records
    • ordering supplies 
    • answering phones
    • scheduling meetings and managing calendars
    • making copies
    • presentation preparation/support
    • knowledge of/customer support  
    • organizing outreach activities. 



    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Excellent computer skills including fluency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Familiarity with medical terminology
    • Excellent customer sertvice skills
    • Two years of medical office experience
    • One year of electronic medical records experience
