    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Perform a variety of IT administration work to support corporate IT services.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users.
    • Independently resolve varying issues using internal and external resources.
    • Hardware experience must include Intel based desktops/laptops, and printers.
    • Support of software to include Windows 7/8/10, MS Office and SharePoint.
    • Procurement, installation and configuration of Windows 7/10 workstations.
    • Administration of Active Directory user accounts for 400+ employees.
    • Exchange mailbox administration, and Exchange Online Protection.
    • Administration of Server Backups and Restores utilizing Dell AppAssure.
    • Configuration/Patch Management using ManageEngine Desktop Central.
    • Printing, programming and issuing security access badges.
    • Administration and maintenance of Verizon mobile phones.
    • Overall IT Asset Management.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma plus 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

    Other Knowledge Skills & Abilities

    Additional experience that would be a plus:
    Windows Server administration
    MS SQL Server
    Deltek Costpoint
    Symantec Endpoint Protection
    IBM Cognos
    VMware ESXi
