    LJT & Associates, Inc. provides a wide range of engineering and other support services to the U.S. Government and International customers. We are a business with expertise in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a variety of engineering and hardware integration solutions. We are seeking a Range Service Manager to support our customer at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility on the Range Operations Contract.


    The successful candidate will provide Project Management to a variety of missions conducted at Wallops Flight Facility and other locations as required and be responsible for managing cost, scope, schedule, and deliverables.


    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Support of complex and/or technologically challenging tasks including the leadership in generating the Task Plan and Cost Proposal
    • Provide guidance during the task implementation
    • Conduct technology assessments and make recommendations for technology insertions
    • Make trade study assessments, and recommendations, supporting Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Operations Readiness Review (ORR), and reviewing deliverables
    • Coordinate operational support to customer project managers
    • Provide technical consultation advice to Task Leads regarding design issues, development and test approaches, and test result assessments
    • Develop, maintain, and report technical performance metrics which effectively measure the level of performance in execution of the SOW and IDIQ Task Orders
    • Provide recommendations regarding operations considerations
    • Provide direction and discipline to employees and is responsible for the evaluation of personnel performance



    • BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics or other field plus a minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 4 years of program/project management experience with supervisory responsibilities
    • Masters degree in a technical or business field may substitute for 2 years of experience
    • Must be able to travel to worldwide locations for mission support, estimated 30% of time
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
