    LJT & Associates, Inc. provides a wide range of engineering and other support services to the U.S. Government and International customers.  We have expertise in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a variety of engineering and hardware integration solutions. We are currently seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Administration of Prime contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and federal regulations. Administer subcontract changes, review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with requirements.
    • Contract Negotiation and Administration – Negotiates all contracts including pricing, terms, and delivery. Maintains contract review and administration processes and procedures to ensure internal company acceptance and sign-off and consistent contractual compliance. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Provide high caliber of customer service, both to internal and external customers. Monitor contract/vendor performance to ensure cost and technical objectives are being met. Recommend appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties.
    • Subcontracts/Purchasing – Maintains understanding of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring purchasing system remains CPSR compliant. Conduct in house compliance training.
    • Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the Program.
    • Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
    • Input procurement/subcontract data into accounting system and applicable databases. Manage interface between CostPoint and Maximo systems.
    • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.








    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related field required.
    • Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in contracts negotiation/administration and Procurement.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to perform tasks with limited supervision.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands and meet expected deadlines.
    • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Contracts Certification (CFCM) are a plus
    • Strong written communication skills required, excellent knowledge of FAR required, CBA knowledge a plus
